Sandra over 10 years ago began drawing strength, de-stressing and balancing her life by practicing yoga. Today inspired by her teacher Donna Farhi's evolutionary work she has integrated and strengthened her understanding of yoga making the practice accessible to every-"body" regardless of age and/or limitation. Drawing from the premise of "Wholeness" the underlying foundation of Donna's teaching, Sandra encourages students to attend class with an open and curious mind ready to explore through self enquiry their bodies' natural movement abilities finding ease and harmony in their practice and everyday life.
