Leena has studied with Donna at her Edinburgh and Berlin workshops in 2007 and 2008 respectively, and also completed the 21-day Advanced Yoga Studies Teacher Training in New Zealand during 2008. In 2007 Leena completed a teacher training in Yoga League of Finland. This League is a member of Européenne de Yoga Union.
Donna's teachings have inspired Leena to study Yoga diligently. She has enjoyed the lightness and strength that Donna's principals bring to her practice and teaching. Leena has spent time studying with Lisa Petersen and Christine Howitt, both senior associates of Donna Farhi. Other important teachers in Leena's journey include Simon Low, Julie Gudmesta and more recently Sarah Powers and Simon Borg-Olivier.
Leena teaches gentle hatha Yoga.
