Fundamental to Aileen's approach is creating a safe space where students are encouraged to meet their experience compassionately and practice in a way which invites a deeper sense of connectedness.
Aware of the effects and challenges of living in our speeded-up culture; opening awareness to the breath, restorative practices and deep relaxation are areas that Aileen particularly values and emphasises.
