Jo’s Yoga journey began 18 years ago. Hatha Yoga led her toward integration & a sense of wholeness, reconnecting her with a deep faith that this is our true nature. Through her embodiment of easeful, efficient, breath based movement Jo has found her own pathway to health and healing, leading to a particular interest in sharing the therapeutic benefits of Yoga.
Jo offers Chair Yoga classes weekly to students at a local Cancer Hospice, offering the power of mindfulness practice to patients at the end of their lives. She also shares Yoga with both the men & the staff at her local prison, often working with people with deep personality disorders.
