For over 15 years Sharon Dempsey has been a student and teacher of yoga. Sharon is familiar with a number of asana methods. Above all, Sharon enjoys the honesty of yoga, the opportunity to be ourselves in our true nature. Sharon likes to share with her students a sense of understanding, enthusiasm and patience towards their practice and encourages her students to liberate themselves from self defeating illusions.

Donna Farhi is a constant source of inspiration for Sharon. Donna's deep understanding of yoga and her ability to provide an evolved form of ancient practices is unique among teachers. Sharon follows Donna's integrated approach in her teaching to improve alignment and posture and to encourage a sense of wonder, ease and acceptance.
