I have been practicing Yoga for 20 years and originally trained in the Iyengar tradition. I have since expanded my approach to use Yoga as a tool for living life in the moment - the only place from where we can start exploring ourselves and the world around us.

I teach small classes and one-to-one sessions, which focus on all aspects of Yoga: asanas to connect to the body's intuitive wisdom, breath to release habitual holding patterns and silence to unite with something larger than ourselves - a source from which we can draw for our creative expression and inner strength.

Donna continues to be my inspiration in the Yoga world. I also study Qi Gong with Master Zhixing Wang, have a working knowledge of Ayurveda and I am a Master NLP Practitioner.
