Karla has practiced Yoga since 1994, and has taught Hatha Yoga from 2000. She is known for her ability to lead students toward a deeper experiential understanding of breath, balanced posture and integrated movement in every day life. Karla specalises in teaching Restorative Yoga, and is developing workplace wellness courses in the Auckland area. Since 2002, Karla has studied with her teacher, Donna Farhi, and is continually inspired to share the art and science of yoga, refining a practice unique to each individual. Other trainings:
