Melissa has been practicing Yoga for 6 years and currently teaches in Amberley, North Canterbury. Students comment that they enjoy the warm and welcoming atmosphere in Melissa's classes and her gentle, insightful and humourous teaching style. Melissa has studied extensively with Donna Farhi over the past 6 years attending intensives and retreats in New Zealand and Australia. This amounts to over 200 hours of study which includes a 21-day Advanced Yoga Studies Teacher Training.
From the moment Melissa first tried Yoga she was amazed at how it changed the way she felt and she hasn't looked back since. Melissa is passionate about sharing this amazing practice with others. She also enjoys gardening, running and being out in Nature.
