Christine has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and it has become an important part of her life. She has been teaching for the past fifteen years. Christine has spent over 200 hours studying with Donna Farhi and her teaching is strongly influenced by her. Christine uses universal movement principles that may be applied to all styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, and Viniyoga.In her teaching she clearly demonstrates her own “love to practice and live to teach philosophy.” She is an exceptional teacher who is compassionate, has outstanding ability and is respected and revered by her students for her dynamic, versatile and positive approach which is of great benefit to both beginners, those pregnant and experienced yoga students.
