Karla is an experienced and qualified teacher. She is inspired to share the practice of yoga to enhance awareness of breath, movement and conscious rest in every day life. Karla is dedicated to refining the art of sharing practice through mindful inquiry based language, subtle yet effective touch and integrated embodiment through self renewing effortless effort.
A student of meditation and yoga, Nicole has been teaching yoga for the past 16 years. Using gentle movement and precise alignment, she employs a unique approach integrating contemplative practice with somatic awareness.
Neal has been practicing Yoga for twelve years and teaching since 2003. He sees Yoga as a map showing us the way to return home to a place of peace and a relaxed, heart-centered openness in each moment.
Christine has been practicing Yoga for over 30 years and it has become an important part of her life. She has been teaching for the past fifteen years. Christine has spent over 200 hours studying with Donna Farhi and her teaching is strongly influenced by her.
Juliet has been practising Yoga for over 25 years. In 2001 she opened the Papakura Yoga Centre in Auckland where she currently teaches. Her teaching style focuses on breathing, alignment, and natural movements that support a strong, supple and resiliant body on all levels – on and off the mat.
