Montse holds a Bachelor Degree in Biology with a specialization in physiology. She is fascinated with the physiological effects in the dyad body/mind of the Yoga practice beyond the formal practice of asanas; climbing, hiking, biking, laughing; the plasticity of the body and its capacity to heal itself through inner coherence movements and the adaptability of the mind through the coherence of the thoughts.
Training with Donna Farhi has given her valuable insights to choose how to walk the route to herself.
Montse offers workshops on continuous learning in Madrid and Spain for teachers of all traditions. She leads with great knowledge ‘Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Teacher Training’ combining the physiological understanding of the emotions and the process of the body transformation of this amazing period. She created an APP ‘DOULA Y YOGA’ with the intention to empower women. She is on the faculty in the first and official CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING taking hold at the University Of Sports (INEF) in Madrid, Spain.
After six years living in NY, Montse now lives in Madrid close to a national park with her husband, Antonio and their four children. Every morning the mountains greet them.
