Sal Flynn’s formal and informal training blends the disciplines of Yoga Therapy, psychotherapy, education and contemplative practice. Sal’s clients are often people living with or managing the affects of major life transitions, anxiety and depression, grief and trauma.
She is currently on the faculty of Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy (Sydney and Brisbane), and The Centre for Existential Practice (Sydney and Melbourne), and is a nationally registered Clinical Supervisor. She conducts a private Psychotherapy and Yoga Therapy practice and mentors Yoga Teachers and Therapists throughout Australia on Skype, and in person in Melbourne and Byron Bay.
Underpinning her work is 33 years of practice and study in the eastern traditions, along with education and internships in Western psychotherapy and Yoga therapies both in Australia and India.
