Jahna Clark
Jahna is passionate about helping people to experience a sense of well-being and ease in their body and mind, which is why she seeks to teach Yoga and Somatics in a way that nourishes the whole person. All her offerings are an invitation to sense and feel the body from within as a way to deeply reconnect to ourselves.
Paul Betesh
Paul has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for over 10 years. He has had the benefit of some great teachers in yoga, meditation, shamanism, life, the universe and everything! He has studied Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivanannda and Yin Yoga and more recently worked closely with Donna Farhi whose style is closest to what he is now teaching.
Mimi Kuo-Deemer
Mimi has been a student of yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2002. She believes yoga is the art of living, listening, and learning to embody a deeply spiritual tradition.
Adelene Cheong
Having studied various styles of yoga, Adelene’s practice in the recent decade has been greatly inspired by her teachers Judith Hanson Lasater and Donna Farhi. She also had the opportunity to work with world renowned experts Elise Miller and Marcia Monroe on the application of yoga for scoliosis.
Simon Hoten
Simon’s teaching style is one of emphasis on the breath, healthy alignment, flow of movement, building strength & flexibility, whilst also giving an opportunity for deep relaxation. He aims for all of his classes/sessions to be open and friendly whilst also being focused.
Christine Howitt
Christine initially studied within the Iyengar tradition and over the years has explored various methods of Yoga as well as studying Chinese medicine, which has enhanced her understanding of the body as an energetic system.

These influences have gradually been integrated into a deeper understanding of the practice of Yoga and her exposure to the inspirational work of Donna Farhi has strengthened this process of understanding.
