Yoga for Lower Back Health: Keys to Sacroiliac Stability and Ease of Movement
Donna Farhi

Is it possible to attend only part of the intensive?

Obviously we would like you to come for the entire workshop so that you will receive the maximum benefit. We understand that a few people may have difficult attending all three days. We will also be providing downloadable handouts that we would like you to bring each day, and these should help bridge any gaps.

Is there a discount if I only attend part of the Intensive?

We understand that circumstances may arise that delay your arrival or require you to leave earlier. The cost of the Intensive remains unchanged as you would otherwise be taking the place of someone who could attend the entire weekend. If you are travelling from out of town we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover such an eventuality.

Can you hold a place for me while I decide?

Because there are only a limited number of places available, in fairness to everyone, we are unable to hold spaces.

Can I pay by installments?

We are unable to offer installments due to the structure of our online booking system. Paying by credit card enables you to pay your bank by installments.

I'm pregnant, is it still suitable for me?

If you have had some experience with Yoga, yes, but we would recommend it only if you are still in your first trimester, as we will be focussing on the lower back.
